In the modern world, multilingual and multicultural, effective and viable solutions in the field of language policy, contributing to the consolidation of society, are more in demand than ever. The idea of the trinity of languages in Kazakhstan was first voiced by Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev in 2004, and later he repeatedly returned to it. In 2007, in the Address «New Kazakhstan in a new world», he proposed to start a phased implementation of the cultural project «Trinity of Languages». This was the beginning of a new language policy of the republic.
The program of multilingual education in the Pavlodar Higher College of Management is based on the intersection of three languages and cultures, and will promote in-depth study of the state, English, and Russian languages on the basis of professional knowledge obtained in the classes of general education and special disciplines.
