Lidia Petrovna has a high professional rating, enjoys respect among colleagues, students and their parents, being a creative person, constantly strives for self-improvement, the search for new forms and methods of work. In 2011, she was awarded the Ybraya Altynsarin badge by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for significant achievements in teaching and educating the younger generation.

Starina Alexandra Petrovna has been the director of the Pavlodar Higher College of Management since 2013. Teacher of economic disciplines of the highest category. In 2019, he was awarded a master’s degree in education in the specialty «Pedagogy and Psychology». Alexandra Petrovna is an adherent of an active social position, participates in seminars, competitions, conferences of various levels. In April 2019, she took advanced training courses (internship) at the National Research Technological University «MISIS» to promote technical education in the CIS.

Elena Vladimirovna works on the formation of a creative laboratory, constantly updates and replenishes educational and methodological material, develops individual tasks for students, tasks for educational practice, curricula. Smirnov Evgeny Alexandrovich is a teacher of special disciplines, the second qualification category.
